Sunday Video Capture & Post Production
Capture the Sunday morning sermon on Bethel's video camera and edit it.
10:30am - Set up camera at balcony
Capture (video tape) sermon
When sermon is done -
Capture footage from tape to Avid computer system
Edit out or Edit in any video's
(Pending copyright issues)
Edit out any music
(Pending copyright issues)
Trim and add opening title and closing title
Render video files to web format and burn to disc
Note: When first learning how to do it, it takes approx 5hrs from setup to finish. Current videographer has gotten it down to about 3.5 - 4hrs depending on the additional media components.

Sound Assistant - Setup Crew
Volunteer Job Requirements
Work Day: Sunday
Arrival Time: 7:00am
1. Preparing the sanctuary platform for morning sound checks and services
Setting up all microphones as needed for orchestra and rhythm section, back up singers plus wireless microphones (with fresh batteries) etc
Setup of instruments as follows: Electric Guitar Amp and Guitar, Bass Guitar and Keyboard
Check all music stand lights
Checks all microphones for continuity
2. Prepare Choir Room
Unlock sound cabinet, turn sound on, check microphones
3. Turn on FM Transmitter – for broadcasting of Pastors Greeting
4. Setup required of any videos in Video Editing Room
5. Start up computer in Video Editing Room of Announcements for Lobby
6. Setup Recording in Sanctuary Booth
7. Be available for sound checks and troubleshooting if needed
8. Be able to record services
9. Be available to remove microphones, roll up additional microphones lines, remove additional equipment, microphone stands etc at the end of 11:00 service
Assistance can also be used in setting up and breaking down in Auxiliary rooms requiring sound.
